Barnacles accounts are set up for you rather than signed up for - your access is tied to the wards and Trusts you're responsible for. To ask for an account, email support@oceansblue.co.uk with your work email address and the wards or Trusts you need to see. Once it's set up you'll get an email with a link to choose your password.
